Falling in love... that's where I've been. Yes! I've signed up again for this adventure.  I'm dating the brilliant, complicated, funny and deaf woman again.  She and I dated several years ago, and frankly I wasn't hot on starting this up one more time. But, it seems to be working.  We are spending long weekends together, since she lives in a nearby city. So, you can expect the next series of cartoons to be about our blooming relationship.

What's you story about trying out a relationship again?  Do you think this will turn out well... or... 

Yea! My novel got another great review ! This review is from a woman named Margaret Hults.  In part she writes, ..." Which if you've never read LC -- let me say you are really missing somthing -- it is amazing!

 

Also, this week I did a radio interview with Juanita (sorry I didn't catch her last name) from Readerviews. Since I've spent a good portion of my life interviewing others, I can say that Juanita is a wonderful interviewer. Believe me, I was nervous. But, she put me as ease with her smart, yet casual interview style. I've attached an Rss feed to the interview if you'd like to hear it.

 

Sorry, I've been out of touch for the last couple of weeks, a friend of mine has been in the hospital, and as you can see, it has inspired a cartoon. Here it is in Spanish. I hope everyone is having a good fall season -- and I plan to be back more often -- but I've got myself into this new hot... more details next week...

Hi Ladies! Whose lovin' football ?! Whose lovin' during football?!  I'm  all about football season! What team do you root for?  And would you ever miss a play making one of your own!!!! Tell me about it...

So, again I find myself intoxicated with the same deaf woman.  OH MY! How she broke my heart three years ago.  We spent this past weekend together and frankly I just can't help it she makes me laugh! Before she drove up to see me, we agreed she would sleep on the couch -- and she did.  Although she did ask me before we went to bed if that was where she was sleeping? I said yes, but I regretted it. Anyway, so I spent the weekend laughing and lusting over this woman. And I'm thinking, should I really try to strike this up again? And if I do, won't I be in all sorts of trouble?  Trouble ... new girl troubles... that's what is on my mind... and as you can see, that's what my cartoon is about...

So, I've decided to be more open and write about the things that inspire my various cartoons.  This one is about sign language.  I dated this deaf woman for a short blissful/stormy few months. She is smart and very funny.  So, naturally I would be attracted to her.  I think smart and funny make any woman sexy.  However, she sort of has this dark cloud of diasater the surrounds her. I can't decide if it is just her attitude towards life, or maybe she just has really, really, bad luck?  What do you think?  Do people have good luck or bad luck?  

 

We have started talking again after a few years.  I have no clue where this is going?  But, I'm certain I'll toon about it.
